Our full terms and conditions of business are documented in a Warehousing & Fulfilment Services Agreement between Movement 3PL and the customer.  These terms and conditions are related to the following areas:

• Agreement Term, Services and Acknowledgements.

• Charges, Invoicing and Payment.

• Management of Goods.

• Warranties, Indemnities and Securities.

• Liabilities.

• Suspension of Services, Breach and End of Agreement.

Movement 3PL will provide the customer with a Warehousing & Fulfilment Services Agreement, which must be accepted by the customer prior to the commencement of services.
